Spicy Stir Fry Ginger Garlic Chicken


  • 1 tsp of Oh Mercy! Hot sauce
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • Salt to taste


Cut the chicken into strips, season with garlic, ginger, salt, black pepper and refrigerate for an hour.

Heat the oil in a large skillet, add chicken and Oh Mercy!, stir fry chicken for about 15 or until the chicken pieces are fully cooked through and light brown.

Enjoy with steamed rice
